Pomodoro Timer
Fixed focus, fixed break, repeat until you stop.
Field guide →New to this? How the Pomodoro Technique works
1. Pick your lengths. Classic Pomodoro is 25 minutes focus / 5 minutes break, but any split works — set what you'll actually commit to below.
2. Focus completely for one block. No switching tasks, no "just checking" your phone. When the countdown ends, stop — even mid-thought.
3. Take the full break. Actually step away. The point is to let your attention reset, not to power through it.
Repeat. It cycles automatically until you hit Stop — nothing here is measured or earned like Watch and Recall; you just commit to the schedule and let the countdown hold you to it.
